| Ok. if you don't know how to make a healthy and delicious little dinner, here's how:
The meal is: Beans with tomato and leek and a rye muffin on the side.
Soak the white beans in water for about 6 hours and then boil them in salty water for about an hour and a half. While you do that, make the muffins.
Ingredients for the muffins:
1,5 cups of rye flour 1/2 cup of wheat flour 3 good table spoons of wheat bran 2,5 good tea spoons of demerara sugar 1,5 tea spoons of sea salt 1 cup of milk 1/4 cup of sunflower oil 1 egg 2,5 tea spoons of baking powder 2 tea spoons of dried thyme cheese for the filling
Method: as usual with the muffins. Combine the dry ingredients (flours, bran, sugar, salt, baking powder, thyme) in a largely bowl. Separately, whisk the egg, mix in the milk and the oil. Then fold in the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix, as usual, only as much as is needed for the two groups of ingredients to combine. Apparently, it is also good not to over-mix them to avoid the formation of excess gluten.
Butter your muffin pan and then transfer the batter. Don't forget to incorporate the cheese bits into each of your muffins as you transfer the batter.
While the muffins are in the oven, drain the beans, transfer them onto a pan, add olive oil, tomato paste, mix well, then add leek rings, mix well.
Soon, the muffins will be ready and you'll be able to serve your meal.
As I said, it's little, healthy and delicious.

Good news and... just news.
Just news. The weight of all those posts that I've written here and that were hanging on the Internet with no clear goal or almost absent response was too heavy, so I deleted my posts. I might still post some things that I'll feel in desperate need of sharing. Like a nice recipe or a good song or an excellent writer's name.
Good news. I found a nice etsy shop. :) If you know someone who might like what's being sold there, tell them about it.
Cheers!
